A pale, sky blue wispy top with tonal sequins, a high collar, button opening at the nape, bishop sleeves and delicate gathers sliding down the length of the front. The blouse hem and sleeves are elasticated for volume, and the top is worn layered over a cotton slip hand block printed in purple polka dots.
